Description

This role requires a strong leader who is performance driven and mentor and develop other. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a high calibre credit manager to lead and develop a team of credit professionals focusing on credit risk and work alongside other credit managers to ensure consistent debt management and cash performance.

You will be responsible for:

Managing and developing a team of credit risk specialists
Analysis new customer credit reports, Financial Statements, bank statements, information from other suppliers and Surveyor\'s report to present risk versus reward overview
Reviewing approving and setting credit limits for new accounts
Oversee credit risk exposure for new and key customers
Ensuring suitable KPIs and reporting is in place
Review accounts for non compliance
Liaise with sales and other credit managers to assist in the collection of debt
Liaise with credit insurers to make commercial decisions

Profile

To be successful you will be an experienced credit professional with an excellent knowledge technical understanding of the whole credit process specifically risk. You will have strong people management experience and be able to communicate and influence internal stakeholders. CICM qualified would be desirable and you will understand the importance of providing excellent customer service.

Job Offer
