Job Introduction

Here at Skipton Building Society, we really value our customers and pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to them. This is especially important when our customers are experiencing difficulties in paying their mortgage. We're currently looking for individuals to join our Credit Management team to support us with this.

In recent months we have found ourselves supporting more customers as they adjust to the unprecedented circumstances brought about by COVID-19. We know that these customers need to speak to someone who can understand their situation and do all they can to find a solution that works for them, as well as Skipton Building Society.

Through listening carefully to their circumstances and working together to identify a solution, you will be using your exceptional communication skills and flair for building great relationships. As part of the team we will be focussing on your individual development as you build your skills, knowledge and experience. Within the role you will be handling both inbound and outbound calls, carrying out administration work and working with the team to share ideas.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for candidates with all levels of collections experience who are motivated and customer focused to join our fast paced credit management team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to achieve the right outcomes for our customers especially during this exceptional time. The successful candidate will have a good attention to detail and be able to use their own initiative.
