Your new role, what's involved?

* Manage the flow of contacts made to the Credit Management team, connecting our clients with the right specialist

* Make regular updates to our client data to protect its integrity and stop delays in collection of cash

* Prepare detailed case files on invoices we haven't been able to collect

Your Team

* Join our team of Credit Management subject matter experts:

* We are a team of 26 split between Manchester, Basingstoke and New Delhi

* We're nominated for Shared Services Team of the Year 2022 at the British Credit Awards

* Willing to share our experience in credit and data management

* Give you recognition for your valuable contribution

* Grow your career within Credit Management, Shared Services or the wider Finance organisation: we love to help you develop and study if you wish

* Report to our Credit Management Specialist

* We're 5 minutes from Oxford Road and Deansgate stations, in a great new office with lots of local discounts

* We work flexibly: split your working time between the office and home

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

* Experience in Credit Management or another team that handles a high volume of requests from customers such as HR, Accounts Payable, Billing or Administration.

We're also interested to hear from candidates looking for a first role in Finance.
