We are looking to hire a TEMPORARY Credit Controller (office-based) for about six months, in our Maidenhead office.

You will be working within a small & friendly finance team and reporting to the Senior Credit Controller. You will work on your own initiative and scrutinise your aged debtors, ensuring that any outstanding payments on the sales ledger are recovered at the earliest opportunity.

You will build rapport with both external & internal customers and you will have frequent liaison with other teams at Seiko and assist wherever possible. Duties as follows:-

  • Managing & maintaining the credit control inbox
  • Relationship building with internal and external clients
  • Account reconciliations
  • Recording and maintenance of debit notes
  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Identifying Bad Debt Write Offs and preparing paperwork
  • Completion of Administrators paperwork
  • Processing new account applications
  • Credit checks via D&B
  • Review and set credit limits for new and existing customers
  • Supporting a creation of a Master Data Library for our customers
  • Ensure a smooth management of invoice queries and resolution
  • Ad Hoc duties as and when requested
