Credit Controller (Temp to Perm, Immediate start)

Description:

Astute Recruitment are partnering with a prestige organisation based in Huthwaite to assist them with the recruitment for a temporary to permanent role as a Credit Controller.

Joining as a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team by providing competent and efficient assistance in chasing overdue customers at an important time of need.

Responsibilities:

* Chasing overdue accounts in a professional manner

* Processing of credit notes and refunds when required

* Statement reconciliation

* Allocation of cash to customer accounts

* Resolution of accounts queries with customers and account managers

* Chasing all outstanding monies

* Reviewing of credit limits

* General administration and ad hoc tasks to support the team

Requirements:

* Experience of working in professional practice or legal accounts team

* Strong experience within credit control and cash allocation

* Confident in communication with all levels of management

* Excel proficient is desirable

In return they are offering a salary between £20,000 - £22,000 FTE. Immediate availability is required
