Experience Required

You must be an experienced credit controller clerk with a minimum of 5 years exposure to administration roles with the ability to adapt quickly to new office procedures.

The Role

Working as part of the accounts team as a Credit Controller clerk your responsibilities will include:

• Credit control for Installation & Service departments over five Branches.

• Liaising with Corporate clients, providing reconciled statements of account.

• Dealing with 30day plus debtors.

• Liaising with project managers, Service. Departments & the Sales Team.

• Allocating remittances to ledger accounts.

• Cash Book maintenance.

• Investigating & resolving invoice queries.

• Working of different customer Portal's.

• Other duties will include assisting the Purchase Ledger team during periods of heavy workload, holidays & sickness. (Training will be given).
