Credit Controller (Part Time)

Dodd Group (Midlands) Ltd is now recruiting for an permanent, experienced Credit Controller to join their busy, friendly and established team, following an exciting period of growth.

Based at our Head Office on Stafford Park. We are looking for professional credit controller, who has the ability to interact at all levels, and is able to manage their workload and ledger effectively, working with minimal supervision; we are looking at part time working of upto 20 hours per week.

Good IT skills including regular use of excel spreadsheets and Vlookup experience is essential

Duties:

* All aspects of Credit Control, chasing debt by phone, letter and e-mail

* Dealing with invoice queries and POD enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

* Retrieving copy documents and sending to clients when required

* Effective inter-departmental communication to resolve queries

* Establishing and building rapport with clients and internal contacts

* Ensuring account contact details are accurate

* Account reconciliation

* Keeping account notes up to date and accurate

* Monthly statement despatch

* Liaising with management and debt collection agencies to resolve non-payment

Previous experience of working in a contracting or engineering environment would be useful although not essential.
