Credit Controller / Office Administrator

Our client is looking for a part time credit controller with some bookkeeping skills to join their Accountancy firm in Northwood, HA6

The role will be office based and/or remote, part time to suit but with some flexibility. Most of the staff work remotely so you need to someone who is happy to work mostly alone.

The role will be varied so you will need to be versatile and will to chip in where needed. Ideally the candidate will have excellent communication skills to be able to speak with clients.

Main Role:-

  • Credit Control
  • Some basic assistance in the firms bookkeeping and maybe payroll too
  • Knowledge of Xero, Sage and Excel would be advantageous
  • Emailing clients
  • Answering the phones
