Our Client is looking for an administrator on a FTC for 9 months to join their team working 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.

Our Client are a well respected worldwide company in the Automotive industry. The ideal candidate would be at an intermediate level using Microsoft Excel.

Job Role

  • You will be required to use Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level and will be required to do mail merges in Word from time to time.
  • You will be required to communicate with the customers by email, text or letter in addition to updating our systems with new bank details and amendments.
  • You will be asked to analyse customer accounts to establish why there is a debt and be able to assign it to the correct debt communication that is needed.
  • On occasions you will be required to contact customers over the phone or via email.

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of the direct debit process is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent Communication, written and oral.
  • Good attention to detail is a must
  • Self Motivated and ability to work without supervision
  • Excellent time management skills
  • IT Literate and Professional at all times

Salary & Benefits

  • £10.61 per hour PAYE
  • Contracted until the end of January 2023
  • 2 days from home 3 days in the office
  • 8:30 -17:00 Monday-Friday
  • On site restaurant
