Our Client is looking for an administrator on a FTC for 9 months to join their team working 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
Our Client are a well respected worldwide company in the Automotive industry. The ideal candidate would be at an intermediate level using Microsoft Excel.
Job Role
- You will be required to use Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level and will be required to do mail merges in Word from time to time.
- You will be required to communicate with the customers by email, text or letter in addition to updating our systems with new bank details and amendments.
- You will be asked to analyse customer accounts to establish why there is a debt and be able to assign it to the correct debt communication that is needed.
- On occasions you will be required to contact customers over the phone or via email.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of the direct debit process is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent Communication, written and oral.
- Good attention to detail is a must
- Self Motivated and ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- IT Literate and Professional at all times
Salary & Benefits
- £10.61 per hour PAYE
- Contracted until the end of January 2023
- 2 days from home 3 days in the office
- 8:30 -17:00 Monday-Friday
- On site restaurant
