Credit Controller / Legal Officer

Description:

We are currently looking for a officer who has experience of either rent arrears credit control and/or rent arrears legal actions. Ideally if they only have one of these they are highly experienced and have done this type of work in the last 12 months.

The main tasks will be:

- Proactively monitoring rent accounts

- Setting up payment plans with tenants

- Give advice on Housing Benefit and Universal Credit claims

- Take on-line payments

- Prepare and serve legal notices

- Prepare possession orders for Court

This is a contract position expected to last till July, however could be extended.
