Credit Controller

Location: outskirts of Hardwicke

Contract Type: Permanent

Required Salary: up to £25,000 with hybrid working

The Company

My client design manufacture and supply products and are looking to recruit a credit controller.

JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage credit control function, ensuring aged debt is kept to a minimum

* Communicating with customers via email and phone to collect debt in a timely manner

* Posting customer receipts and follow up for remittances

* Work through individual debtors reports for each entity within the group

* Monitoring and reviewing of any overdue debt

* Customer account reconciliation work and resolution of customer queries

* Monthly reporting on aged debt

* Raising credit notes for customer returns

* Responding to any ad hoc departmental requests

Skills and Experience

* Great role for someone who enjoys building a rapport with customers and has credit control experience

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment in accordance with deadlines

* Confident communicator both verbally and written

* A basic knowledge of Excel

* Desirable experience of SAGE but not essential
