JOB TITLE: Credit Controller - Key Accounts

JOB TYPE: Permanent

LOCATION: Erith (Hybrid Working - can be flexible)

HOURS: Monday-Friday | 8.30am - 5pm

SALARY: £26,000 per annum

BENEFITS: 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme

Office Angels are teaming up with the hiring manager to recruit a Credit Controller.

This is an interesting and varied role and a great opportunity for an individual who has experience in Credit Control/ Accounts and would love the opportunity to work as part of a fantastic team.

Your responsibilities in your new role will include:

Resolving queries raised by customers

Ensure invoice queries are followed up in a timely manner to avoid overdue debts

Sending out invoices & statements

Assisting with Bank reconciliations

Consolidating and Processing supplier invoices

Assist with supplier statement reconciliations

Make sure purchase invoices are received and processed

Assist in the preparation of weekly payment runs

About you:

Well presented, articulate, with excellent communication skills

Proven organisational skills and attention to detail

Enjoys working as part of a team

IT Literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Pivot/V look-ups

Experience using SAP would be highly beneficial
