Credit Controller

RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic logistics/distribution client based in Bolton who are looking for a full time credit controller to join them as soon as possible, due to high volume and growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a credit control team and be supported by a professional and experienced credit manager who works directly in the department.

The company operate Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Free parking and 23 days plus bank holidays.

Duties will include:

• Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone / email for approx. 50 businesses
• Maintain accurate notes on system relating to all invoices
• Reconciling complex accounts
• Resolving invoice queries working with both internal external and external contacts
• Monitoring debtor balances
• Perform credit checks on new customers
• Work under the direction of the Credit Manager

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment.In addition to this, they will have strong knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
