Quba Solutions, is a fast growing and dynamic business providing financial support and back-office solutions to Recruitment Agencies. Our exceptional and continued growth has seen the business now report a turnover in excess of £250m. As such, our need to continue to add quality team members to our existing finance teams is a constant requirement.

This role is within the credit control department. Prior credit control experience or bookkeeping experience is preferred, although full training will be provided on all systems and processes. A good knowledge of basic Excel/MS Office is required.

The ideal candidate will be articulate and numerate, have an excellent telephone manner, good all round communication and administration skills, be target driven and organised. A team player with strong customer service ethics and someone who can work on their own initiative is an essential part of the role.

Responsibilities to include:

Handle a portfolio of Agencies debts and be responsible for building relationships with agency and their end clients.

Collect payments against Quba's terms.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records

The ability to prioritise workloads

Experience to work to tight deadlines and achieving targets

Manage internal and external queries and resolve issues within company guidelines and policies
