Are you ready to be trusted with more responsibilities and are looking for you next opportunity within Credit Control?

We are looking for enthusiastic and resolute Credit Controllers to join an international manufacturer and distributor of innovative products at their Coventry office. You must be a self-motivated individual who is capable of working alone, as well as a strong team player. No specific industry experience is needed, just at least 1 years' worth of experience undertaking Credit Control responsibilities. This will be a Full-Time role on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up new customer accounts, checking and setting up credit terms
  • Using telephone and email to chase debt from around 500-600 customer accounts
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Daily posting and allocation of cash
  • Weekly cash flow creation
  • Monthly responsibility of sending statements to customers
  • Sending legal letters when required
  • Dealing with queries and customers from other teams (e.g. sales)
  • Liaising with other teams to resolve invoice queries
  • Sending invoices to customers on request
  • Use a number of portals to check and upload invoices

Key Skills/Experience needed

  • 1 years' experience undertaking Credit Control responsibilities (essential)
  • Great telephone manner
  • Driven personality, with a persistent mind-set
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • I.T. literate - experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Navision system experience (advantageous)
