Credit Controller - Nottingham - £20,000 to £24,000 - Full TimeChase and Holland are proud to be working with a national law practice in Nottingham that is searching for a Credit Controller. As a credit controller, you will report to the Credit Control Team Leader and be responsible for the prompt recovery of past-due bills, assisting in the improvement of cash flow and limiting the company's exposure to bad debts.Key Responsibilities:

Use efficient chasing tactics for a pool of assigned clients to achieve payment of overdue debt
Obtain promises to pay and document and chase those promises under the guidance of the Credit Control Supervisor
Maintain work schedules for various stages of completion.
Work with the cashiers' team to identify any unallocated funds received.
Update specific records on completed work using the practice management system.
Take calls for the team and deal with them accordingly.
Process credit card payments over the phone.
Manage and respond to team-wide e-mail exchanges
Assist with credit control chase letter production, distribution, and logging.

Hours:37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with hybrid working.Required Skills & Experience:• You must be computer proficient and have excellent keyboard abilities; Excel and Word familiarity is required.In Return You'll Receive:
