A proactive and commercially astute Credit Controller is needed to join a highly successful fast-paced business at their office on the outskirts of Exeter, close to the M5. This position is working as part of a friendly busy team and reporting to the Finance Manager you will be taking responsibility for credit control duties and sales ledger administration.

Credit Controller - The Role:

• Building relationships with customers through telephone and email contact, chasing payment for overdue invoices.
• Regularly review outstanding debt with the Finance Manager
• Processing sales invoices and credit notes onto Sage.
• Processing and allocating customer receipts on Sage.
• Dealing with customer account queries
• Issuing out monthly statements

Credit Control - The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous credit control and/or sales ledger experience. An effective communicator, you will possess an approachable personality and a confident, positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work using your own initiative. Good IT skills ideally with knowledge of Sage.

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000pa depending on experience + benefitsHours: Monday - Friday, full time, 8:30am - 5:30pm
