Credit Controller / Purchase Ledger

We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller and Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client's fantastic team in Poole.

This is a Permanent role working with a leading Construction Company, starting in March.

What you will be doing…

  • Making proactive calls and emails to customers
  • Resolving queries raised by customers
  • Sending out invoices & statements
  • Assisting with Bank reconciliations
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Assist with supplier statement reconciliations
  • Make sure purchase invoices are received and processed
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly payment runs

To be successful in this role you'll have…

  • Experience within Credit Control and Purchase Ledger
  • Experience using SAGE
  • Proficient with Microsoft especially Excel
