I am recruiting for a Credit Controller on the outskirts of Cardiff.

My client is an growing business and looking for someone to do Mon - Fri

You will be required to start at 9am at the latest in order to post all the payments before chasing the outstanding debt..

You will be responsible for -

Credit control of approximately 150+ customers involving all aspects of monitoring and recovering overdue debts

• Experience of when and how to escalate collections from phone call through collection stages.
• Allocation of daily customer bank receipts (1400+ per month) to bank accounts.
• Investigating customer and banking discrepancies
• Performing customer account reconciliations
• Processing of credit card and direct debit receipts and exceptions
• Resolution of customer e-mail issues/queries, including liaising with Customer Service and Sales department
• Additional data entry as required to assist the whole finance team
