This Cambridge based Telecommunications business are looking for an Credit Controller to join their growing team. The position will have oversight of the AR, working closely with key stakeholders, as well as support on disputes as required. You will also support the continued development of the department by recommending key process and procedure improvements.

Description

The Credit Controller will be:

• Collecting Customer payments
• Ensuring that any disputes are resolved swiftly
• Investigating any discrepancies within the function, providing detailed reports as required
• Putting payment/collection plans in place to ensure payments and collected in a timely and accurate manner
• Responsible for month end activities such as preparation of accruals and reports
• Work closely with key stakeholder, ensuring the Account Receivable relationships are upheld
• Assist in the training and development of other staff
• Support the continued development of the department by suggesting process and procedure improvements
• Support the wider Shared Services department as needed

Profile

The successful applicant for the Credit Controller will be:

• Strong Excel and systems knowledge; Oracle would be advantageous
• A driven individual who is happy working with key stakeholders
• Previous experience within AR
• Strong attention to detail
