Morgan Mckinley are working with a growing FMCG business based in Northampton who are currently looking for two credit controllers to join their team!
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to their Finance Department.
the role;
Raise and Input sales invoices into the financial accounting system with speed and accuracy
Maintaining sensitive customer data with accuracy ensuring all billing is completed within a tight timeframe
Chasing outstanding customer payments as soon as they fall due, escalating any concerns to management
Timely processing of customer payments in the financial accounting system
Liaising with customers and internal admin teams
Sending regular statements of account
Investigating and resolving sales ledger queries
you must have atleast two years experiance within a credit control / Customer service role and have strong prioritisation, multi-tasking and time management abilities, as well as a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
