My client are expanding and are looking for a credit control person to join their small and friendly team.

For the right person this role could be part time (everyday) or full time. Can also be a mixture of working remotely and in their office.

Job Description

If you are a hard working self motivated team player and keen to support my client within their debt recovery and credit control service, then please read on!

This role will include

Setting up new debtor's files.

This will mean collating various documents such as:-

  • Terms and Conditions
  • Proof of debt
  • Company Credit Searches
  • Debtor and customer contact details

This information will then need to be entered into the system and the first letter to be sent out

This role will require an adaptable approach to credit control based on the clients' requirements.

Also updating other general internal systems and chasing up client leads could be required.

Supporting other team members during times of absence holiday or work fluctuations.

Skills Required

Credit control experience

High Level of accuracy

Attention to detail is essential

A knowledge of correct legal identity

A good telephone manner and customer service experience

Training will be given.

Flexible with hours but ideally 5 days a week - Monday to Friday

Can work from home when fully trained if required.
