Are you and an experienced Credit Controller, looking for a part time role?

We are actively seeking a Part Time Credit Controller for a well established and growing company in Bromborough.

The hours of work are 18.5 per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis!

The main duties include:

  • Process receipts on a daily basis and input onto the finance system.
  • Customer account reconciliation.
  • Using various information sources to ensure correct allocation of payments to invoices in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliation and recovery of historic transactions that remain unallocated on customer accounts.
  • Build relationships with customer contacts.
  • Ensure all debt is recovered/ reconciled on a timely basis.
  • Work to achieve corporate targets relating to aged debt.

Our client is looking for someone who has:

  • Credit Control experience
  • Experience of using accounting software
  • Good Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
