Description:

Orka Financial is recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller based in Reading, being part of a busy finance team, taking full responsibility for the collection of overdue debts building good relationships with suppliers.

This Credit Controller position would suit an individual who has strong negotiating skills and can demonstrate a proven credit control background dealing with a broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

* Update SAP

* Report writing - Excel spreadsheets

* Resolve queries and disputes in a professional and confident manner

* Ensure debt is collected in accordance with agreed time-scales

* Instructing legal action against overdue debt

* Managing debt meetings

* Create monthly ledger

* Managing credit letters

* Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage

Experience

* Highly numerate and strong analytical skills

* Strong Microsoft office (Excel)

* The ability to handle multiple complex priorities

Salary £27,000 - £29,000 - onsite parking
