We have a vacancy for a Credit Controller based at our manufacturing site in Bridgnorth, Shropshire reporting to the Credit Control Manager.
You will be working within a small team responsible for the sales ledger covering sites across the UK.
* Assist in running the sales ledger for the Swegon Group.
* Liaise with other Swegon Group finance departments
* Ensure payments are received from customers as per the company terms of business
* Allocate daily payments
* Updating and maintaining customer records
* Maintain and monitor credit limits
* Process invoices and statements on a daily/monthly basis
* Answer queries from customers and liaise with other departments
* Adhoc duties as and when required
* You must be PC literate and have minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
* Experience of working within a busy finance department, ideally within manufacturing.
The ideal candidate for the position will have the following attributes and skill sets:
* Experience of credit control/financial background.
* Experience of manufacturing or similar environment.
* First class interpersonal skills with a strong finance background.
* Well organised , professional and able to adapt to the needs of the business.
* Ideally GCSE/A level qualified
