Credit Controller

Position Summary / Purpose:

Assistant credit controller to work within the finance department, maintaining the sales ledger.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Assist in running the sales ledger for the Swegon Group.

* Liaise with other Swegon Group finance departments

* Ensure payments are received from customers as per the company terms of business

* Allocate daily payments

* Updating and maintaining customer records

* Maintain and monitor credit limits

* Process invoices and statements on a daily/monthly basis

* Answer queries from customers and liaise with other departments

* Adhoc duties as and when required

Qualifications/Education - Essential:

* PC Literate

* 5 GCSE\'s or equivalent in Maths & English

Experience - Essential:

* Experience of working within a Finance Department

* Experience of dealing with customer queries

Skills required:

* The ability to work well within a busy team environment

* Professional, confident and assertive

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Good attention to detail

* Ability to work under pressure

* Good IT skills
