Job Description

The successful Credit Controller will:

- Chase customer for payments

- Allocate payments received by BACS and Cheque

- Processing credit card payments if and when necessary

- Dealing with POD requests

- Sending invoices to customers

- Completing credit checks when opening new accounts

- Maintain the Audit report

- Aged debt resolution

The Successful Applicant

The successful Credit Controller:

- Have a minimum of 3 years credit control experience

- Proactive and happy to work within a large team

- Confident dealing with clients by telephone and email

- A good working knowledge of Excel and basic reporting is required.

- Experience in using SAP
