About the role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join our clients' Credit Control Team based at their custom built offices on the outskirts of Cannock.

The role includes:

  • The collection of overdue payments in line with the Company's KPI's via telephone and post within the target times set.
  • Debtor Days, Aged Debt, Bad debts
  • Ensure ALL customer contact records are accurate and updated
  • Responding to customer queries, logging and forwarding to relevant business unit for investigation and resolution. Follow up on resolved queries ensuring payment is received for previously disputed items
  • Handle all communications relating to suspension of accounts and advise depot promptly of any account changes

About your Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Maths, Accounts GCSE
  • Credit Control experience, SAGE, Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Team worker
  • Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with repetition
