Credit Controller - Hospitality / Events - SW London - Permanent job - upto £25K - Hybrid working - Parking

Your new role
The main focus of the role is to ensure that all payment for sales is collected prior to an event and in line with standard terms. . All issues raised should be reported as soon as they arise liaising with the relevant sales person and following through to a conclusion where possible and escalated to your line manager when necessary. Cash collection should be forecast effectively based on promises to pay.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Credit Controller with a high level of communication and customer service. You will have experience in building and maintaining key relationships both internally and externally including sales teams and of course finance. You will have good IT skills. SAP and Excel including is desirable but not essential. A keen interest in sporting events and healthy lifestyle would also be an advantage.
