£17,374 with OTE £21,000
Full time hours, 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity (37.5 hours, Monday - Friday)

A day in the life of a Credit Controller at Direct365 will involve:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to facilitate payment of outstanding arrears
  • Resolving sometimes complex queries relating to credit, debt and ledgers
  • Collecting aged debt
  • Taking steps to proactively reduce debt in its early stages
  • Responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Dealing with between 60 - 150 accounts per day via calls and emails

The ideal candidate for a Credit Controller at Direct365 will have:
  • More than 2 years' experience as a Credit Controller
  • Experience using SAGE as well as Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • The ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment

  • A salary comprising of a starting salary £17,374.50 and monthly commission bonus meaning a realistic OTE of £21,000
