Permanent Credit Control Job, Based in Salford

You will be working for a leading business based in Salford Quays. Your new role

This is a full time permanent job that involves more than just collecting the debt. Building relationships with clients and up selling where possible is a key aspect of the job. Your typical duties include; report to the relationship on the quality of debt, ensure profitability via efficient credit control, maintain professional relationships with customers, ensure ledgers are maintained & accurate, proactively spot opportunities with clients & debtors and other key projects. The client facing aspect of the role provides you will the platform to move into more senior role within the organisation giving you confidence that this role is a career move not just a job move. You hard work will not go unnoticed, the internal talent teams main focus is to identify individuals who are working hard and who should be rewarded with career progression. The working hours are 9am to 5pm with a 45 minute lunch. At present, everyone is working from home 100% time until it is safe to do otherwise. Post COVID, the long term view is for everyone to return to the office and work there five days per week.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must have strong customer service and relationship building skills as well as Credit Control experience.
