With a firm reputation for providing a vast range of sandwiches, baguettes, rolls and wraps, hot eats, snack pots, cakes, and bars, along with veggie, vegan and gluten-free options, Real Wrap Co, has become the UKs preferred supplier for the food to go market.

As the business continues to grow, we are know looking to recruit for an experienced Sales Purchase Ledger Assistant & Credit Controller to work at our site in Avonmouth, reporting to the Finance Manager.

30 hours p/w - Monday to Friday (Apply online only)

Duties include:

* To maintain customer records in sales database and Sage 50 to Company standard

* To assist with sales & purchase ledger account management, proformas and deposits, and payment terms

* To add all supplier invoices to Sage 50 and process weekly payments

* Credit control - to email and call all customers to discuss overdue debts and obtain payment

* To create and email statements on a weekly basis

* To submit supporting documentation to clients when requested

* Liaise with the admin team to resolve customer queries

* To process remittances and issue updated statements

* To manage the Accounts inbox, responding to emails, filing documents appropriately and escalating to the relevant people

Qualifications / experience required:

* 2+ years of sales ledger/Purchase ledger experience

* Credit control experience

* AAT or qualified experience

* Confident with figures and Sage 50

* Excellent communication skills oral and written

* Familiar with Microsoft office suite with good excel skills
