Credit Controller

Description:

This well-established educational organisation in Liverpool are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join the team in an exciting period of expansion and change.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, your responsibilities will include:

Chasing debtors
Dealing with queries
Managing the outstanding payments list
Reconciling invoices
Creating invoices where necessary
Providing reports, including payments due to be made and outstanding debts
Managing advanced payment vs cash received
Managing overpayments, including chasing payments and contacting the legal team if necessaryAs a Credit Controller, you will have/be::

Previous experience in a Credit Control role
Available at short notice for a 12 month fixed term contract
Previous experience in the educational industry is preferred but not essential
Excellent organisational skills
IT literate, including an intermediate capability with MS Excel
Strong relationship-building capabilities
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
Good spoken & written communication skills
Good organisational skills
