The Company:
We are working with a high growth tech company, based in Leeds to recruit a Credit Controller to join their first class finance team.
You will be working with working within the Central Finance Team and be responsible for chasing outstanding debts within the UK, Europe and the US. The main focus will be to recover outstanding debts, resolving queries, working with internal departments and maintaining great relationships with clients.
The Role
Ensure clients are paying within payment terms through proactive management and communication Chase debtors by phone and email Building internal and external relationships Manage significant accounts, develop and manage account relationships with clients Ensure timely and accurate internal reporting\'s are met Enforce terms of business to all clients in a polite but firm and professional manner Manage and conduct understanding and awareness of the credit control function to team members across the regions Liaise with the wider finance team regarding invoices Streamlining processes and systems Maintain and develop SLA\'s On board new clients Personal Specification
Solid experience within a Credit Control role Self-starter with excellent communication skills Highly professional and credible Experience working with multi-currency ledgers within a multi-national environment Great attention to detail with good organization skills MS Office with sound Excel skills.
The benefits:
