Jenson Fisher have been engaged on an exclusive basis by an instantly recognisable business based in Dunfermline who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the role of the Credit Controller is to ensure a strong control is applied to all aged and outstanding debt within the business. In addition, the Credit Controller is responsible for working in partnership with the sales team to ensure that clear communication lines are maintained with all customers.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include;

  • Perform daily outbound calls to overdue accounts.
  • Monitor aged debt and discuss with the sales team.
  • Work using multiple currencies.
  • Monitor debtor days and ensure that these fall within company standard.
  • Maintain a ledger of accounts including credit checking and negotiating payment terms.

To be considered for the role you must have experience working in a stand alone Credit Control role. In addition, you must be confident working to deadlines and reporting on debt performance to the Finance Manager.
