Credit Controller / Billing Analyst

As a result of continued success and growth, we are currently partnering with a recognisable forward-thinking organisation that's looking to recruit a Credit Controller / Billing Analyst to join their team in West London.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the position of Credit Controller / Billing Analyst will take the responsibility of raising customer invoices, handling disputed bills, sending out monthly client statements along with chasing overdue invoices (by telephone, email and letter).

Further tasks include:

Raising credit-notes and journals

Account reconciliations

Post payments to accounts and allocate as required

Keep bad debt to a minimum

Help meet case and debtor day targets

Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Credit Control Manager
Successful applicants will have at least 12 months Credit Control & Billing experience, ideally coming from a similar industry (Media & Entertainment) or have worked for an organisation with international offices. You'll have excellent organisational skills, target oriented, proactive mindset along with a willingness to take on more responsibility in time. Intermediate MS Excel skills required, along with SAP (desirable).
