Credit Controller Administrator

A well-established business in St Albans are looking for an individual that is driven and enthusiastic to join the credit control function. The company are looking for either someone that is experienced in credit or customer services and has a good telephone manner. The candidate must have experience of working in an office environment.

The business are based in newly refurbished offices and have free parking for employees. The role will report into a Senior Credit Controller that will support and nurture the individual through the initial months of employment. The company are also looking for someone that is looking for some development.


  • Chasing outstanding invoices and monies
  • Resolve queries
  • Allocation of payments
  • Update managers on outstanding debts on a monthly basis
  • General administration
  • Filing
  • Ad-hoc duties

Person Spec:

  • Clear telephone manner
  • Customer service or credit experience
  • Good Excel and IT skills
  • Accounts Admin experience
  • Keen to learn new skills
