Credit Controller - Temporary to permanent
We have been retained by one of Manchester leading Management Agents to recruit a Credit Controller as a key member of their accounts team. This role will be working from the clients HQ in Sale, dealing with day-to-day collection and operational activities for the Group.
Creating and invoicing leaseholders for service charge and ground rent Dispatching late payment reminder notifications to leaseholders Chasing service charge and ground rent Dealing with calls, email and letters from leaseholds who have queries Taking payment from Leaseholders Negotiating short term re-payment plans if necessary Bank reconciliation and general finance dutiesUse of Qube or similar property software system would be advantageous along with experience working in the property sector within a Credit Control / Account Manager capacity however this is not essential.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills are a must.
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000
