How would you like to be part of a traditional organisation working out of listed offices in central St Albans? This is a newly created role within this growing business. You will manage customer debts, ensuring prompt collection and minimise bad debts to maximise cash flow.

Responsibilities include:

* Provide experience and support to the management team

* Allocating workload to the Credit Control team, monitoring performance, provide training and guidance.

* Make contact with debtors to resolve outstanding payments

* Process payments and update Direct Debit information

* Produce detailed, scheduled management reports

* Build strong stakeholder relationships

You will have:

* Credit Control & Debtor management experience in a professional environment

* Credit Control supervisory experience

* MI Reporting experience

* Strong MS Office skills, including Excel

* Strong communicator

* Proactive with a keen eye for detail

You will be a natural influencer with excellent organisational skills and work well under pressure
