We are looking for an efficient, eager, and organised individual to join their Finance Team.

As the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing the debts of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit control, age debt recovery by calls, e-mail and telephone
  • Ensuring all accounts follow Debt collection process through to legal proceedings
  • Liaise with other internal departments to help answer any Sales invoice queries and see through to resolution
  • Adhere to monthly timescales
  • Adhoc Aged Debtors analysis
  • Aged Debt analysis and KPI's
  • Credit Scoring of business customers
  • Quality assurance of consumer credit application
  • Continuous review and improvement of Credit Control procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations

Key Requirements/experience:

  • Excellent Excel Skills ideally to an Intermediate / Advanced level for example Pivot tables, Macros, Vlookups
  • Experience in Telecommunications / Broadband is desired but not essential
  • Credit Control experience essential - Minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Experience with consumer collection processes essential
  • CICM Qualified / Part qualified or equivalent
  • An eye for detail is essential
  • Proven experience of working within a team but with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well organised with a methodical approach to work
  • Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
