Credit Control Manager

Description:

Our client, a market leader in their sector who span the entirety of the Northwest and West Midlands, with offices based in Wrexham is currently recruiting for a Credit Control Manager to join their team.

The Credit Control Manager will be responsible for the credit control department managing multiple ledgers; the direct debit system; the full litigation process; and the day to day management of the Collection Advisors team, to chase and collect payments for outstanding debt.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing a commercial credit control and debt collection department managing large numbers of ledgers.

With experience in managing a team that achieves results, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing support, focus and direction to team members to achieve the required results and key targets.

Excellent working knowledge of direct debit systems and processes will link with excellent communication, inter-personal and Microsoft skills, the ability to work in a team or on their own whilst organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
