Pertemps are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their Accounts team at their busy Freight forwarding client. As the Credit Controller, you will maintain the sales ledger, primarily liaising with clients to resolve any queries quickly and ensure payment is received within agreed terms.
The successful Credit Controller will need to be a confident communicator who can chase overdue invoices by telephone, email, and letter, whilst liaising with management to keep them informed of any payment issues.
This is a permanent position with a starting salary of £26,000+ depending on experience. Great benefits include 25 days holiday and even a gym membership to St.Mellion!
As a successful Credit Controller, you will be:
Debtor chasing and credit control Proficient at wording emails in a professional manner and ensuring that all client requests are fulfilled and answered in a timely manner A good team player who will be willing to assist team members when required Demonstrating excellent customer service, liaising with internal sales team and customers, ensuring that paper orders are entered on our ERP/CRM accurately with careful attention to detail. The Credit Controller will need to have:
A positive problem-solving attitude Strong commitment to genuine customer care The ability to work fast and accurately to meet deadlines Experience in Microsoft Office Applications & CRM Working hours for this position will be from 8:30 to 17:00, Monday - Friday.
