Duties include:

• Managing credit control process
• Daily collection of due amounts
• Investigating disputes
• Securing payments
• Building relationships
• Processing refund payments
• Resolving unallocated receipts/credit balances
• Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous, sound credit control experience - essential
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment - essential
• Be able to work independently and within a team - desirable
• Have excellent communication and relationship building skills - essential
