Credit Control & Accounts Admin Communications Company specialising in voice and data solutions looking for a Credit Controller & Accounts Administrator. Good telephone manner, communication skills and knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel are essential. Your Role Responsibilities Credit Control & Accounts Admin * Credit Control * Daily Bank Reconciliation on Xero * Processing of Supplier Payment Reports (every 2 weeks) * Processing Payroll on Xero (Monthly) * Processing VAT Returns (every quarter) * Generating Supplier Purchase orders for Projects when required * Sending out statements from Xero every 2 weeks (auto reminders are set up) * Following up with customers to ensure payments are kept up to date and no accounts reach well over the payment terms * Dealing with escalated Invoice queries * Maintaining updated records of customer accounts Telecoms (Training Provided) * Support & Assist in monthly client service invoices * Ordering of services if and when required What you'll need to succeed * Excellent Attention to Detail * Ability to act on your own initiative * Someone who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong IT Skills * An individual who is pro-active * Minimum 1 Years Administrators Experience * Minimum 1 Years' experience with Online Accounting System eg Xero, Quickbooks * Confident Telephone Manner Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year COVID-19 considerations: Masks are required in common areas of the building.
