An exciting administrative role to support the Credit Control team with a prestigious company in Milton Keynes. A hybrid role, with some flexibility to work from home and in the office.

To ensure the highest satisfaction to the customer, ensuring customer loyalty. Accurate processing of daily BACS reports and monitoring of customer accounts to ensure accurate collections, management of customer accounts, analysing financial accounts and adherence the the collections process.

Very limited phone work, offering an effective proactive service to the team, ensuring all processes are in order. You will require experience of Microsoft Excel, ideally to an intermediate level, with knowledge of Pivot Tables ideally. The ability to handle BACS notifications from the banks which require the team to communicate with customers by email, text or letter. Extensive updating of systems, with accurate data experience.
