Description:

A large finance provider in the UK is looking for 2x Credit Control - Data Administrators to join them on a 12 Month FTC. Reporting directly to the Credit Risk Manager, based in the Head office in Harrogate.

You will be responsible for:

*Building strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to ensure excellent customer service.
*Raising fees within agreed deadlines.
*Working within set Measures, KPI's and Objectives assigned by Credit Risk Manager.
*Daily bank postings and reconciliations.
*Assist with the aged debtors report weekly with commentary.
*Liaise with internal Stakeholders to gather information to help resolve client queries.
*Updating the ERP system.
*Ensuring that all customer amendments are documented and implemented in timely fashion.
*Monitoring and reporting any potentially fraudulent applications.
