My client is an award-winning organisation who operate globally. They have an impressive office situated in central Cheltenham that acts as operational support for the wider business and other offices.

Full training will be provided in this role however you will come from an Insurance or Credit control background, ideally both. You will enjoy working as part of a team but will be able to work independently too.

Your responsibilities:

  • Complete standard document templates for distribution both internally and externally
  • Payment requisition requests from statements
  • Ensure all documents are filed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage day to day correspondence and inquiries, ensuring matters are identified and dealt with promptly
  • Monitor and pursue unpaid debts
  • Identify, collect or make claim payments
  • liaise with the Claims team where necessary
  • Unallocated Cash Report: identify and allocate cash within agreed timescales, notifying relevant Division when funds cannot be cleared
  • Funding Report: review and clear funds from relevant trading partner within agreed timelines
  • Claims Report: where required, undertake regular review of report to ensure claims status and data is up-to-date, in line with departmental procedures and agreed time lines
  • Credit Control Spreadsheet: where required, review and take all necessary action
