You have just started working in Credit Control, you are an Administrator or you are working in Customer Service. You are now keen to have the opportunity to move up the career ladder within your working life.

You will be based in Normanton, working for a secure, growing business. Working as the Credit Control Administrator, you will be trained to ensure full support for the Credit Control function. With a supportive team behind you, you will get stuck in with a number of duties including uploading reports onto the IT system, importing data into the IT system, registering all incoming cheques, dealing with receipts, recording refunds, downloading monthly statements for all divisions, resolving debit and credit card issues, resolving direct debit issues. Along with these duties, you will see yourself getting involved with journaling and you will be the first point of contact for card queries.

With a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependant on experience), you will also be offered a hybrid working scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and a discount rewards scheme.
