You will be part of a dynamic sales ledger team, support with cash allocations and forecasting.

You will be meet the business values acting as a key part of the Credit Control function, managing cash allocations and forecasting client payments. You will be supporting by an engaging transactional manager who will support your development with exciting plans to bring you up to speed working across multiple ERP systems.

Description

As a Credit Control Administrator working within the accountancy team you will be encouraged to support the credit control team, managing all administrative duties including:

  • Proactively monitoring client account levels and cash allocations
  • Producing debtor reports daily to support Transactional Manager
  • Raising invoices and managing client queries efficiently
  • Liaising with relevant external bodies professionally where required
  • Chasing outstanding debts
  • Working within internal processes to pass of outstanding debtor accounts to relevant internal teams
  • Supporting with month end and year end account audit processes where required
  • Adhoc support as required by the Transactional Manager
  • Cash allocations and updating various in-house systems

Profile

The successful Credit Control Administrator will:

  • A very strong can-do attitude and effective time management skills
  • Have experience dealing with overdue client/customer account management
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Maintaining an excellent level of customer service while being direct and honest
  • Manage a high volume of work
  • Flexible approach to task as well as prioritising workloads
  • Experience using Sage 200/accounting software
  • Comfortable extracting data from Excel
