We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Credit Control Administrator to join our Credit Control team based at our Whiteley office. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £21,000 per annum.

Where you'll fit in:

Your role as our Credit Control Administrator will primarily be to provide administrative support to the Credit Control team.

Responsibilities of our Credit Control Administrator:

- Obtaining and forwarding copy Invoices/Statements to customers in a timely manner

- Maintaining accurate contact data across finance payments

- Collating and obtaining all backup for the pre-legal accounts

- Entering information collected into Delta (Legal) system

- Attending weekly credit control meetings to discuss collection progress

- Running reports and updating spreadsheets

- Adjusting journals

- Assigning e-mails to credit controllers

What you'll need to succeed as our Credit Control Administrator:

- Strong IT skills with the ability to work on multiple systems

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- The ability to remain calm in difficult situations

- Strong problem-solving skills

- The ability to take on and achieve targets and project deadlines

- Confidence gathering facts and statistics

- The ability to engage and earn the trust of various different teams within the business

- Comfortable with adaptation and embracing change in order to deal with frequent changes to processes, roles and tasks

- Previous experience supporting finance transactions teams (advantageous but not essential)
